Careercast.com recently put together a list of the top ten most stressful jobs in America. They ranked each position based on 11 different job demands—including deadlines, working in the public eye and putting one’s own and/or others’ lives at risk—which were all assigned a range of points. The final stress score is the total of these numbers. (Keep in mind this survey is from the United States).

Rumor has it Jennifer Lopez won’t be returning to American Idol after the current season concludes. Although Lopez publicly said she is undecided, a source told the website, “She’s just too busy.”
It’s official: there will be an All-Stars season of Dancing With the Stars. It was previously reported that Mario Lopez, Gilles Marini, Mel B and Kyle Massey have already been asked back.

Two and a Half Men is moving. CBS announced that the Monday mainstay will be shifting to Thursdays in the fall behind The Big Bang Theory. The freshman hit 2 Broke Girls will take over the anchor spot on Mondays.

Justin Bieber is featured in GQ’s June issue and he admitted to the magazine that fame has taught him that trust is an easy thing to lose — and a hard thing to gain. Justin also admitted to having drank a beer, though he says he never gets drunk because he doesn’t like losing control.

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans is engaged to her on-again-off-again boyfriend Gary Head. The troubled reality star posted a picture of her engagement ring on Twitter with the caption, “I’m the luckiest girl in the world to have Gary Head in my life!” Jenelle and Gary recently split over claims that he cheated, leading to her brief reunion with ex Kieffer Delp. Those two apparently split after he sold topless pictures of her before and after her boob job

Mike Penny — a history teacher at Abby Kelley Foster Charter Public School in Worcester, Massachusetts — has created a video that has gone viral. The teacher convinced students to talk on camera by telling them he was making a documentary for the school’s annual film festival. In the video, the students are seen talking to Penny while teachers sneak into the background and show off their best dance moves. The students had no idea that there were dancing teachers behind them and only discovered the truth when the film debuted at the festival. At press time the video had more than 50,000 views. According to the YouTube page Mike Penny has been contacted by Ellen DeGeneres.

Just about everyone can relate to the feeling of being so angry that you want to break something, and now people who live in Dallas have a place where they can do just that. The Anger Room, located in a city strip mall, has rooms full of things like TVs, office furniture and glassware for people to smash.

Customers choose how much time they want to spend in a room and pay accordingly. So the five-minute “I Need a Break” session costs $25, the 15-minute “Lash Out” one is $45, and the 25-minute “Total Demolition” goes for $75. Customers, who are outfitted in hard hats and protective goggles, also get to pick the music for their smash session, and can get a videotape of the experience to take with them. They are allowed to take in objects like a baseball bat or golf club to do the smashing, but more dangerous things like chainsaws or machetes are banned. And if you think this is just a testosterone-driven guy thing, think again. The founder of the business is a 30-year-old woman named Donna Alexander, and at least half of the clientele are female.
