How do I email a BOUNCE DJ?
Simply click on “Contact Us” from the above menu. Choose the DJ you want to reach and then send your message. It’s that easy.

How long do I have to wait before I can enter one of your contests again?
For a prize valued at $500.00 or over, the waiting period to enter/play is 60 days from the date the contest closes, regardless if you have won on-air or online at www.thebounce.ca

“When I go to enter a contest, I can’t find the ‘enter contest’ button”.
To enter our contests at www.thebounce.ca you first have to become a member of THE BOUNCE NATION. This is easy to do and it’s free! On our homepage, you’ll see “THE BOUNCE NATION” link. Click on this and follow the instructions for New Users… then you’ll be set to enter any or all of the contests on The Bounce website! Just go to the contest page, make sure you’re logged in, and click the button at the bottom of the page that says “Enter contest”.
“How do I listen to 91.7 THE BOUNCE over the internet?”

What is an SMS message? An SMS message is a text-based message sent or received on your mobile handset.
How much does it cost to send an SMS message to The Bounce? The Bounce does not charge you to text us! Standard Text rates from your carrier do apply.
What is a shortcode? A shortcode is a five or six-digit number used to address SMS messages. Our shortcode is 917917.
Who can see my mobile number? Your mobile number is kept confidential. It will not be used by anyone without your permission.
